Combine all ingredients at the same time, stir and set aside
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and mash together on a low heat for around 8 minutes until thickened. Set aside to cool.
Preheat the oven to 90c
Whisk the aquafaba in a bowl for about 3-5 minutes, gradually add the sugar and continue to whisk for another 3-5 minutes. Add the cream or tartar and whisk for a further 1-2 minutes until stiff peaks form.
Line baking trays. Paint stripes of food colouring in piping bag and spoon the meringue into the bag. Pipe little meringue kisses and bake for 1hr40 and set aside. Store left over meringue in an airtight container.
Whisk for about 3-5 minutes until thickened and set aside in the fridge.
Assemble; Layer all the elements with generous amounts of Joe & Seph's Eton Mess and Strawberries and Cream popcorn and DEVOUR.
